Shipping

Every order is tracked: you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times

Italy: delivery within approximately 14 working days from the order.
Rest of Europe: delivery within approximately 20 working days from the order.

These times include order processing (1-3 working days) and transit. Any delay caused by customs or by the courier is outside OTTAVO's control; should it happen, we will keep you informed.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free everywhere we ship. If you choose the express option, the courier collects roughly 20 EUR in customs and import charges on delivery: that amount is paid directly to the courier, not to OTTAVO.
