Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your OTTAVO purchase. You have two ways to return it.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. We will refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of the product reaching us.

Extended OTTAVO return (60 days)

On top of the legal right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery for products that are new, unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free within Italy. From other countries the return shipping is at your expense.

How to request a return

Write to info@ottavomilano.com quoting your order number. We will send you the return instructions. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery: we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping costs included.

We sell both OTTAVO Kits (case and strap) and complete Royal Pop watches: the return and withdrawal terms above apply to both.
